Answer:
The Swiss Travel Adapter can only be used with ungrounding devices. These plugs have only 2 prongs and have no additional earthing pin or contact. Devices with 3 prong plugs always need a contact to ground. In case of a defect in the device, the loss of this connection can lead to serious injury. According to the regulations it is not allowed to transform 2 prong systems (Class II) into a 3 prong system (Class I).

Question:
My Swiss Travel Adapter provides no power.

Answer:
Check the integrated fuse on your Swiss Travel Adapter. To do so, release the bottom of the adapter and pull out the fuse. Replace the defective fuse with the same rating. The integrated fuse limits the maximal loading to 275W at 110V or 550W at 220. Therefore check your applied devices again before reconnecting to the adapter.

I can't pull out a plug of the Swiss Travel Adapter.

Check the following points:
1. Can the Safety Release Button be pushed? If yes, the plugs should be able to be pulled out.
